Aquarevo is a first-of-its-kind community in Melbourne's fast growing south east. A partnership between Villawood Properties and South East Water, Aquarevo in Lyndhurst has been designed to be Australia’s most water and energy efficient residential development.
RESULT
Vive Group is proud to have developed the name and brand positioning for this innovative project. In addition, we were tasked with bringing to life never seen before energy saving technologies.
To do this, we developed simple illustrations to help tell the story of this innovative community, showcasing how water and solar will be harnessed and used throughout each home.
On its opening weekend, 350 groups flowed through the Sales & Discovery Centre and due to high demand, future land releases were brought forward.
Successful deliverables; Creative strategy, name development, brand positioning, photography, main brochure, release collateral, signage, press ads, digital assets, sales office concept and fit out.
